Such beautiful jewelry! I saw so many pieces I wanted, I got a beautiful pair of earrings with my birthday discount and was pleasantly surprised when the girl checking us out showed us some really pretty bracelets that are normally 40 something but with the birthday discount they were 20 something so I got one of those too! Everyone working was pleasant and helpful.

I was so incredibly impressed with the staff and their preparedness with the holiday madness. There was a line out the door, however, it was so quick! While waiting in line, a store associate would come out and record orders and place them behind the counter. This helped with inside store traffic and made the check-out experience very quick. If someone didn’t know what they wanted, they were able to spend as much time as they needed shopping throughout the store. This was my first experience with the company and they sold me! I’m so impressed! My new necklace and earrings are also super great ☺️ (P.S. you get 50% during your birthday month!)

I don’t usually leave a lot of reviews, but I do want to RAVE about Amanda for a sec! She was so patient with my three year old when customizing a necklace! She let my daughter sample so many different stones in the setting until they narrowed it down together 💚 Amanda never once seemed bothered to help B. She seemed like she was enjoying herself just as much as us!

I went to get matching earrings for a necklace I had received as a gift. They didn't have them in stock, but they had the stones and the earring settings. I picked out the stones that matched my necklace and they set them in the earrings while I waited. Terrific experience!

Staff is incredibly helpful and inviting. They will approach you when you enter but if you tell them that you are browsing they will leave you be, it is not super pushy like at other fashion jewelry stores. They offer a gift too on your birthday!

I went in shopping to look for a new ring or an anklet. There's a nice selection in the store. Everything looks very well stocked and organized and very clean. The employee, Jaeleigh B., was very helpful. She was kind, polite and very professional. I was able to find the ring I was looking for and I'm very happy. The quality of the customer service there is outstanding. I'll definitely be back.
